Our
Story
Moonbow Arts is a special collaboration my father and I had planned years ago. The name is a representation of the moons & rainbows surrounding dancing Hawaiian petroglyphs my dad created for his Real Estate Company. His art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My favorite most cherished piece was a birthday gift, an incredible needlepoint he created, that was lost in storage years ago. It wasn't until this year while going through some old pictures for this website, in the bottom of a box my Auntie had sent to me after his passing, that I made a joyful discovery. A picture of the needlepoint! A reminder of a beautiful treasure, a sweet glimpse of my childhood and the mythical creatures I still find alluring. Even though my dad is gone from the physical world, he is always with me, guiding me and giving me the most precocious gifts like, my fond memories of him, his art and the wonder of his imagination.
